Upon the successful launch and technical readiness of ACX as a product, our focus shifted toward automating the configuration process.

To achieve this, we recognized the importance of designing a user-friendly portal with a logical layout. In 2019, I took the initiative to create a mockup functionality design for the portal, proposing various features that would enhance the user experience.

The draft served as the foundation for the development of the Africa Cloud Exchange portal, which commenced in 2020 and was officially launched in February 2022.

As the project manager for the development, I collaborate closely with the software developer and actively gather feedback from our clients regarding the portal's usability. Extensive research on similar products in the market guides my efforts to implement comparable functionality and enhance our offerings.

Furthermore, I worked closely with the Network Engineers responsible for managing the product, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the technical possibilities. This collaboration is crucial, as it informs me of the product's capabilities and guides our ongoing efforts to enhance our offerings.
