Improvement of reading comprehension in students at Universities

In the Peruvian context, English classes are attended by students from different backgrounds with the objective of passing to the next cycle. This is a big problem, because many students present a variety of difficulties, especially in reading comprehension, and the teacher cannot attend each one of student. Besides a high percent of the students came from public schools, where the time for teaching the English subject is very short; only an hour and half per week. The students cannot understand topic very well, they cannot do different kind of activities, and they actually show many difficult when they attend their English classes.
