April
Today was my first day at Tokyo International University. I received my office room and nameplate, marking the start of a new journey. Although the room is still quite empty, it represents many possibilities for the years ahead.
May
This month, our family began adapting to a new environment in Saitama. One memorable moment was my daughter's first day at kindergarten. We are thankful to see her gradually becoming comfortable.
June
In June, I had the opportunity to join an online orientation for Indonesian students interested in studying at NAIST. I shared my experience of studying and conducting research there, hoping it could encourage future students as they prepare for their own academic journey.
August
In August, I had the opportunity to return to Institut Teknologi Del, also Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), and give a guest lecture at SCCIC on “How Machines See the World: Smart Sensing for Smart X.” It was a meaningful opportunity to share my research experience, discuss emerging sensing technologies, and reconnect with the academic community.
