Low Cost SPAD Applications (Transient Imaging and NLOS)
This low-cost SPAD setup demonstrates a compact and accessible approach to transient imaging, where a single-photon avalanche diode sensor captures time-resolved histograms of light reflections from multiple targets. The system records photon arrival times at fine resolution, enabling analysis of depth, material reflectance, and multipath effects.
