Electronics Laboratory – Supporting both analog ,digital and Mix signal circuit design, testing, and analysis.
DWLCL (Device and Wafer-Level Characterization Lab) – Facilitating advanced semiconductor device evaluation, wafer probing, and nano/micro-scale electrical characterization. Equipped with a Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer to perform precise DC (IV, CV) and RF measurements, integrated with Cascade 11000 Advanced Wafer Prober, Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), RF Power Source, and noise characterization setups. The lab supports advanced measurement topologies using SCPI/LXI protocols and Kelvin probing techniques for accurate, low-resistance electrical measurements.
MEMS Laboratory – Enabling development and testing of Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), including fabrication, modeling, and reliability testing.
IML (Interdisciplinary Micro systems Lab) – Supporting multidisciplinary research in sensors, actuators, and embedded microsystems. The lab enables micron-scale fabrication of microsystems using technologies such as photolithography, soft lithography, and micro-machining. It is well-equipped with a laser cutter, electron microscope, mask writer, and a magnetic vibration-isolated table to support precision development and characterization of micron-sized sensors and actuators.
