To empower deprived youths and women in Cameroon by providing resources and programmes focused on education, socioeconomic activities, environmental preservation, civic responsibility and healthcare support, fostering sustainable development and community growth.
A Cameroon where every underprivileged youth and woman is empowered to reach their full potential through education, socioeconomic opportunities, environmental sustainability, civic engagement and healthcare support.
YOGI grew from the collective vision of community youths and women led by Akwo Kelvin. From 2020, they worked informally as changemakers in communities with limited resources. Uniting their efforts, they held their first constituent meeting on 2 May 2022 and drafted the association’s articles. YOGI was officially registered on 23 November 2022 in conformity with Article 7 of Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990.
