Hello! I’m Abhijith V R, a yoga teacher from the beautiful town of Alappuzha, Kerala. With more than four years of experience in helping people feel healthier, happier, and more balanced through yoga, I’m here to guide you on your journey — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
I’ve studied philosophy, yoga, wellness, anatomy, and counselling — and I love bringing together traditional yoga wisdom and modern health knowledge to create classes that truly make a difference.
A little about my journey
I have worked as a yoga teacher and librarian in schools across Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. I’ve trained in different styles of yoga and therapy from some of India’s top yoga institutions and even had the honour of being a District Level Judge for Yogasana Sports in 2024.
In 2024, I started Adwaith Yoga Centre — a space where anyone can experience the joy and benefits of yoga.
