PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Deposit: $1,000 per person.
Remaining balance due: January 15, 2027.
All payments are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
ROOM SHARING & PRIVATE OCCUPANCY
Reserve one spot; a second guest’s name is not required at booking.
In Room 103, the four-person price involves two guests sharing each queen bed. Bed sharing is by guest choice only; we will not assign you a bed partner.
Private occupancy is not available during prebooking. When offered, private room supplements are $900, $1,100 or $1,300, depending on the room.
WHAT YOUR RETREAT INCLUDES
Seven nights of lodging, on-site meals and the advertised retreat activities: surfing, outdoor yoga, pickleball, disc golf, sunset beach strolls and a catamaran sailing day to a private beach.
Not included: airfare, transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, one meal in town, alcohol and tips.
