Yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a holistic practice that brings together movement, breath and awareness to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Through mindful movement, conscious breathing and moments of stillness, yoga encourages us to connect more deeply with ourselves. It can help improve strength, flexibility and balance while also creating space to slow down, reduce stress and cultivate a greater sense of calm.
At its heart, yoga is a practice of awareness. By paying attention to the body, the breath and the present moment, we develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our needs. This awareness can extend beyond the yoga mat, supporting a more balanced and mindful approach to everyday life.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, sessions are tailored to your individual experience and goals, offering an opportunity to move, breathe, relax and reconnect.
Hello, I'm Daria, a certified 500-hour yoga teacher with a passion for helping people find balance, relaxation and wellbeing through yoga.
My approach is gentle, supportive and tailored to each individual. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, I aim to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and unwind at your own pace.
I believe yoga is for everyone and that even a single session can help reduce stress, improve mobility and bring a greater sense of calm and connection.
My own yoga journey has shown me the value of slowing down, reconnecting, and caring for both body and mind, and I enjoy sharing these practices with others.
Training & Qualifications
My yoga journey has taken me to Rishikesh, India, where I completed both my 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programmes in 2023 and 2025.
These trainings provided a strong foundation in traditional yoga practices, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology.
Through immersive study and practice, I deepened my understanding of yoga as a holistic discipline that supports physical health, mental wellbeing and personal growth.
I am a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher and continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing study, personal practice and teaching.
