John of 22 Lunar and Kip of Sky Green Yoga welcome you to join us for a unique relaxation experience; joining in together gentle yoga, healing from rare crystal bowls and soothing music from around the world. The gentle yoga poses allow your muscles, ligaments and tendons to stretch while the vibrations from the crystal bowls penetrate into your cells allowing you to relax even more into the poses restoring your body, deeply and peacefully. In addition the practice will help to relieve stress, deepen the breath and calm the soul. We would love for you to join us for a profound and unique form of relaxation. No experience necessary.

This event will take place outdoors and social distancing will be required. Please supply your own mat and props. Masks are required before and after the event. This amazing experience includes 60 minutes of restorative yoga and a 30 minute Shavasana all while listening to the soothing sound of crystal bowls.
