*Strength & Union*
This is a fun and fast paced class suitable for intermediate/moderate fitness levels. The class begins with a short centering and meditation followed by sun salutes to warm the body. Core work, pilates and yoga with weights are explored followed by a cool down and short savasana. An excellent class to tone and strengthen the body while releasing tension. If you would like to build strength and make the vinyasa flows more accessible this is the class for you.
*Chair Yoga*
This is a very gentle class suitable for all fitness levels. Asanas (postures) are practiced either sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Meditation, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxation are explored. Discover a deeper sense of well-being through chair yoga.
*Slow Flow Vinyasa*
This energizing vinyasa class is suitable for all levels. The class will move at a slower pace than our Energetic Flow class, but still consist of: meditation, pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures), core work, sun salutes, and ending in relaxation. This class is an excellent way to jump start your day!
*Core Yoga*
This class begins with a parable or reflection selected from yogic teachings. We then move through a series of asanas and flows to warm and strengthen the muscles, especially the core. Class culminates with a pinnacle pose chosen to challenge participants which we work on for the entire 6 week session. We end class with stretches and svasana. All levels are welcome, but individuals with mobility limitations may find some of the poses too challenging to participate in.
*Energetic Flow*
This is a fast-paced class is suitable for intermediate/moderate fitness levels. The class is comprised of centering, meditation, pranayama (breath work), chanting, asana (postures), core work, sun salutes and invigorating flows, followed by relaxation. Proper alignment and mindful movement are explored.
*Blissful Restorative*
Suitable for all fitness levels. Class begins with gentle stretching to warm the muscles, release tension and create space in the body. A restorative sequence of postures follows to bring the entire being into a deeply relaxed state. Bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks are used as props to facilitate this process. Postures are held passively with the help of these props to allow the body to relax and open more deeply, activating the parasympathetic nervous system while releasing tension and toxins that can cause illness. An excellent class for those seeking relief from chronic pain and stress.
*Blissful Backs*
Suitable for all fitness levels. Supine & seated postures, with some standing postures, are explored. Breath work, centering and relaxation techniques are taught to relieve tension and pain, if present. Class focus is on strengthening the spine over time, relieving back pain through gentle stretching and restoring balance to all of the body's systems. Proper alignment and moving slowly with awareness are emphasized.
*Hatha Yoga, Morning Bliss & Evening Bliss*
Suitable for all fitness levels. Basic yoga postures (standing, seated & supine), breath work, centering and relaxation techniques are explored to relieve tension and restore balance to body, mind & spirit. The class emphasizes the importance of proper alignment and moving slowly with awareness. An excellent class for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
*Stability & Strength*
This low-impact strength class combines strength training with light dumbbells, yoga alignment , pilates-inspired exercises, and bodyweight training to build a stable, resilient body to create a strong foundation. You will strengthen the muscles that create optimal alignment, improve posture, and enhance balance for everyday functionality. Every movement will develop targeted and whole-body strength, improving movement efficiency, supporting joint health, and restoring strength post-injury. Gentle on the joints; this is an all-levels, all abilities class.
*Yinyasa*
Experience the yin and yang of yoga in this blended Yinyasa class. A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yinyasa has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow). Class begins with slow, meditative yin poses to open the body and calm the mind, followed by an energizing vinyasa sequence to awaken your inner vitality. The practice ends with deep relaxation, offering a complete mind-body reset.
*Yin Yoga*
Suitable for all fitness levels. Yin a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga. The poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
*PiYo Fusion*
A mixture of Pilates & Yoga, this class is suitable for intermediate/moderate fitness levels. This fast paced work out will introduce you to dynamic flowing sequences that can burn serious calories, at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles & increase your flexibility. *Class may also use light weights.*
*Mindful Vinyasa*
This intermediate Vinyasa class offers a balance of flow and focus. We’ll begin with warming sequences, move through dynamic flows, and build toward a peak pose, taking time along the way to explore alignment, strength, and balance. Peak poses may include arm balances, deep spinal movements, inversions, and other challenges, with modifications and variations offered. Classes are punctuated by moments of meditation and breathwork, creating space to pause, reflect, and deepen awareness. The focus is on mindful progression, inviting challenge and meeting it with awareness.
