What: We will start with a short meditation and will continue with a yoga session which is a perfect flow for everyone who wanst to experience the beauty of yoga. We will practice an active hatha vinyasa flow 🧘🏻♀️
Just bring some comfty clothes & we will provide the yoga mat 🙌

About me 😊
Hi, my name is Mariella and I began my yoga journey 8 years ago in Austria while finishing my Bachelor's Degree and simultaneously working full time.
During this challenging time I was looking for something that brings my body & souls back into balance and harmony. This balance I found in practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis. Yoga inspired me to take conscious steps to more awareness and appreciation in my life. Now, I would like to share this experience and inspire others through meditation sessions and yoga flows.
