Join me on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm for an all-levels 60-minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class right here in our beautiful new indoor/outdoor yoga space at the Forum! We'll explore a variety of poses, focusing on cultivating a deeper mind-body connection and increasing awareness through mindful breathwork. This class is designed to be inclusive for all bodies and abilities; all residents ages 12 and older are welcome to join. If you're new to yoga or have limited mobility, you'll receive supportive guidance, modifications, and clear demonstrations. For those looking to deepen their practice, options for more challenging variations will always be available. Please bring a mat and water; personal props such as blocks and straps are not required but are always welcome. I do have some props to share but may run out in the event of a larger group. Expect to enhance your flexibility, improve posture and balance, build strength, and develop valuable mindfulness techniques. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!Â
