This Privacy Policy explains how the Yoga Metronome • FYSM app (“the app”) handles information. The app may appear on your device as Metronome • FYSM.

1. Information We Collect and Health Data The app does not collect, store, or share personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. Health and Fitness Data: Although the app is designed for yoga practice, it does NOT access, collect, or store any health-related data, biometric information (such as heart rate), or physical activity data from your device sensors.

2. Voice Control and Audio Data The app includes a Voice Control feature. If enabled, the app requests access to your device's microphone to listen for specific trigger words ("Start", "Wait", "Stop").

Local Processing: All voice recognition is performed locally on your device.
No Recording: Audio data is processed in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any servers.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Since the app does not collect personal data or create user accounts, we do not store any of your information on our servers.

Local Data: All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
How to Delete Data: To delete all locally stored app data, simply uninstall the application from your device. Since no data is stored remotely, no further action is required to purge your information.

4. Permissions The app requests certain permissions to function correctly:

Microphone: Used only for the Voice Control feature (processed locally).
Wake Lock: Used to prevent the screen from turning off during your practice.
Foreground Service: Used to keep the metronome running if you switch apps or lock the screen. These permissions are used strictly for core functionality and never to collect personal data.

5. Third-party Services The app works offline. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy The app is not intended to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect any data from users of any age.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the URL provided in the Google Play Store.
