Hey y’all, I’m Yo Doula—a mama, educator, certified yoga teacher, and now a full-spectrum doula. I decided to walk this path after my own home birth experience showed me how powerful it is to birth on your own terms—with support, strength, and intention.

My work is rooted in something deeper than titles, though. I’m here because I’ve seen firsthand how transformational it is to go into labor mentally, physically, and spiritually prepared. I want more women of color to feel held, heard, and whole through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Because we deserve that. Period.
