Myself Nipon Dev Choudhury. I am a certified martial arts (Shaolin Kung Fu) instructor with more than 12 years of teaching experience.
Martial arts are not just a self-defense system or strong physical activity, it's a way of life that can help you develop discipline, focus, and confidence while promoting physical fitness and mental well-being. In today's fast-paced and stressful world, it is more important than ever to find ways to improve our physical and mental well-being. Martial arts provide an excellent opportunity to do so. It can help us to protect ourselves, build strength and confidence, improve our balance and coordination, and increase our overall fitness levels. In addition, it can help us develop greater confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, which are invaluable qualities in all aspects of life. Especially for today's children, learning martial arts is become more important because of their lifestyle and of course for girls, martial arts are always helpful and protector of every moment of life.
At my Institute, I am focused on my student's development. My martial arts curriculum is designed to develop your/your child's skills and knowledge in a safe and supportive environment. I provide Kung Fu certificate courses along with training in Yoga & Pranayama, Tai Chi, MMA, Weight Loss, Functional Training. My classes are not only just about learning self-defense techniques but also about building strong relationships with fellow students and developing a sense of community.

Shaolin Kung Fu is not just a self-defense system or strong physical activity, it's a way of life that can help you develop discipline, focus, and confidence while promoting physical fitness and mental well-being. Shaolin Kung Fu is an approximately more than 1500-year-old martial art System. It is a martial arts form originated by a monk from India. The Shaolin Temple monk has made this martial art a vast and very unique form by studying it for many years. Along with self-defence, this martial art also includes many subjects like iron training, fighting stuff (like sticks, nunchucks, swords), animal styles, qi-gong, yoga, pranayama and many more. Many other Kung Fu forms originated from this Shaolin Kung Fu.
Shaolin Kung Fu is much more than just fighting; such as yoga is not just a physical exercise it is the way that person has to develop the powers inherent in him to see the supreme conscious soul.
Yoga has the ability to relieve the mind from all physical & mental tensions. Yoga makes the body very flexible and strong. through yoga & Pranayama, By developing the inherent powers within oneself, a person can visitation the Supreme Conscious Soul, and supreme bliss can be attained. Apart from this, Yoga and Pranayama have immense potential to cure many diseases. That's why I teach yoga and pranayama along with martial arts. So that it is easy for the students to understand the art of Martial and develop their lives in a good way.
My Physical workout includes a variety of workouts such as functional workout, cardiovascular workout, strength workout, and lots of other workouts. This physical workout gives to strengthen the body, has flexibility, and has lots of health benefits.
Martial arts classes, varied workouts, and a good diet plan give a student a healthy and strong physique. But here is one more thing we should pay attention is that the weight of a man or woman includes muscle, fat, and mineral. At the time of weight loss, we should try to reduce unwanted fats. There is a slight difference in the exercise types of reducing only fat and reducing weight. I have always been trying to reduce the unwanted fats of an overweight student by providing different types of exercises and of course, diet is a major part of weight loss and fat loss.
