YoMate provides a done-for-you app creation service,
where you submit your app details, and we build the app for you.
You are responsible for providing accurate and correct details (app name, icon, ad IDs, etc.).

3️⃣ User Responsibilities

By using YoMate, you agree:
✅ To provide real, accurate, and lawful information
✅ To only request apps you are authorized to create (no illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content)
✅ To use the delivered app responsibly and comply with any app store or ad platform rules

YoMate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any request that violates our policies.

4️⃣ Monetization and Revenue

YoMate helps set up monetization inside your app.
✅ You retain 100% of the revenue generated from the ads you configure.
✅ YoMate may include small in-app banners or posters for our own revenue, but these will be non-intrusive.

5️⃣ Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your app within 3–5 business days,
but delivery time may vary depending on demand and complexity.
We will communicate any delays.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

The app we build is based on your provided content.
You retain ownership of your brand, app name, and provided assets.
YoMate retains rights over the app templates, tools, and systems used to create your app.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

YoMate is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
  
  

• Revenue loss due to ad platform issues
  
  

• Content or usage violations caused by the user
  
  

We provide services as-is, without guarantees of performance or success.

8️⃣ Termination

YoMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to anyone who violates these Terms,
engages in harmful activities, or misuses the service.

9️⃣ Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
You will be notified via email or website updates if major changes occur.
