Day 1 – Wednesday, June 17, 2026

3-5pm – Arrivals 

6pm – Dinner (wear your favorite team’s jersey) & Icebreakers 

7:30pm – Opening Session & Icebreakers 

8pm – Evening Prayer – Exposition and Litany of the Most Blessed Sacrament 

8:30pm – Bonfire, Snacks  and/or evening singalong 

Day 2 – Thursday June 18, 2026

8am – Breakfast

9:15am – Flag Raising 

9:30am – Requiem Mass for YMSofR brothers 

12:00 Noon – Afternoon Prayer 

12:15 – Lunch 

1:30pm – Tour of the Coal Mines – McDade Park in Scranton

3pm – trip to Seminary 

4pm Seminary Rededication

6:15pm – Flag takedown and TAPS

6:30pm – Dinner

7:30pm – Western Diocese before Sacrament

8:00pm – Central Diocese before Sacrament

8:30pm – Buffalo-Pitt & Eastern Diocese before Sacrament

9pm – Evening Prayer Service

Day 3 – Friday June 19, 2026 – Happy 250th America/Juneteenth (Patriotic)

8am – Breakfast

9:00am – Time before the Sacrament – Clergy

9:15am – Flag Raising 

9:30am – Time before the Sacrament – Laymen 

10:00am – Holy Mass – Patriotic 

11:15am – Session on our Theme

12:15pm – Angelus and Lunch 

1:00 -5:00 – Afternoon Free Time

– Choices:

A: A tour of something

B: 9-hole golf outing 

C: Personal Retreat Time: (Pool time, Nap/nothing, etc.) 

6:30pm – Dinner- Pool Patio outdoor BBQ (Wear your patriotic shirt)

7:30pm – Session on “What are your chains?”

9pm –Evening Prayer Service – Penitential Service   

9:30pm – Special Event

Day 4 – Saturday June 20, 2026 

7:45am – Flag Raising

8am – Breakfast 

9am – Closing Session  

10:30am – Holy Mass of a Retreat and Repose of the Blessed Sacrament 

11:30am – Closing Lunch & final words
