Florida divorce law provides a process called a 'Simplified Dissolution of Marriage. ' Couples can use this to get a quick divorce, about 30 days from filing to finalization, as long as they have complete agreement on the terms of the divorce and it's uncontested.

YM Nonlawyer Services LLC (YMNLS) adheres to Florida Bar Rule 10.2.2(a) regarding Supreme Court Approved Forms.
Pursuant to this rule, it does not constitute the unlicensed practice of law for a nonlawyer to engage in limited oral communication to assist a self-represented individual in the completion of blanks on a Supreme Court Approved Form.
Such oral communication by nonlawyers is strictly limited to communications reasonably necessary to elicit factual information required to complete the form and to inform the self-represented individual how to file the form.

De conformidad con esta norma, no constituye práctica de la ley sin licencia que una persona que no sea abogado participe en una comunicación oral limitada para asistir a una persona que se representa a sí misma en la completación de los espacios en blanco de un formulario aprobado por la Corte Suprema.
Dicha comunicación oral por parte de personas que no son abogados se limita exclusivamente a aquellas comunicaciones razonablemente necesarias para obtener información fáctica requerida para completar el formulario y para informar a la persona que se representa a sí misma sobre cómo presentar dicho formulario.
