Chance Taylor is an Area Director in downtown Columbia, SC, but will always claim Memphis, TN as home. He spends his days hanging out with college and high school students and drinking way too much coffee. When he’s not with students, you can usually find Chance enjoying a cup of coffee with his wife, Unique. Ask him anything about fantasy football, Jesus, or where to find the best Cortado.
Hey my name is Jess Woltz! I’m on YL staff in Fuquay-Varina (good luck pronouncing it if you haven’t heard it before), just outside of Raleigh, NC. At home it’s just me and my dog Marshall! He’s the best and is named for both one of my favorite college basketball players and a character from a TV show. Which is pretty much all you need to know, to know the things I love most! I’m pretty chill until a game gets involved and then I am usually more competitive than I should be. I love hanging out and talking about life with friends over chips and queso, and my whole day can be changed by a Diet Coke from McDonalds. Plus Windy Gap feels like home, and it feels like a gift anytime I get to go back! Can’t wait to ring in the new year with everyone there!!
Blake lives in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and 4 kids. Having had two of the greatest grandads to ever walk the earth, he saw it necessary to tell the story depicted in his novel "Ezra as a Boy". Blake enjoys collecting sports cards; playing disc golf and ball golf, watching The Masters, and of course fishing. Known around the mid-south for his skill on a Weber charcoal grill, Blake comes alive when grilling for friends and family alike. It should also be noted that he is a season ticket holder for the Memphis Grizzlies. Blake aspires to be the play-by-play voice for any team willing to hire him.
Larry Potter, with his tiny cape and undersized tie, hails all the way from Hogwarts. A little known fact is that he's the younger brother of Drake from State Farm. It's cool because he's cool. Maybe if you chant "LARRY POTTER" loud enough he may just make an appearance at New Year's at The Gap...
