How many more Chucks are out there waiting for a Young Life leader to walk into their life and share the love of Jesus with them? Our calling as Young Life Area Developers is to GO. We must go to the next town and get YL started in the next school so that the next kid can hear what Jesus has done for them.
Jefferson County YL today and it has been thriving since our Bump Start/Jump Start in March of 2015!
Young Life started in the little town of John Day OR in 1999. In 2013 a middle schooler Kaden, tugged on his leader's jacket prior to Club at Wyldlife camp and told him he wanted to follow Jesus. They stepped away for a prayer that will change his eternity.
Elko, Nevada held a Jump Start in November of 2022 and they had 50 kids at their first Wyldlife Club this Christmas 2022!
Starting new areas is very important because: EVERY KID deserves the right to hear about Jesus Christ from someone who genuinely loves and cares about them.
