Hi, welcome to the website of Dr. Yuankai Zhang (张源凯)!
He currently works at Beihang University. He graduated at Dalian University of Technology in 2020 and visited University of Arizona for two years. Before joining Beihang University, he worked at Zhejiang University as a postdoc for two years. His research area is E-commerce and Logistics, especially multi-item order fulfillment and logistics optimization in large-scale online retailing.
He has published 17 peer reviewed journal papers, which appear in SCI/SSCI journal European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Annals of Operations Research and Chinese flagship journals Journal of Management Sciences in China (管理科学学报) ,Systems Engineering-Theory & Practice (系统工程理论与实践), Journal of Systems Engineering (系统工程学报), Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (管理工程学报) ,Operations Research and Management Science(运筹与管理) and Chinese Journal of Management Science (中国管理科学). He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) and the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM), and he serves as reviewers for several journals, including JORS, TRE and Transportmetrica B. Also, his research findings have been presented in many international conferences including Informs Annual Meeting 2015, 2017, 2018, POMS China (2022, 2023).
