Personal Information: We collect your Email address and Name when you create an account to personalize your experience and manage your progress.
Device Identifiers: We collect Device ID and device-related information to prevent fraud, manage multi-account usage, and ensure the security of our referral system.
Camera Access: Our app requires android.permission.CAMERA to allow users to scan QR codes or update profile pictures.
Financial Data: We process subscription payments through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers; all transactions are handled securely by the respective app stores.
2. How We Use Information
To provide premium YKS study content and an ad-free experience.
To manage your subscriptions and ensure access to "Premium" features.
To track referral rewards and prevent system abuse.
To analyze app performance and fix crashes (via analytics tools).
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with the following service providers to operate the app:
Microsoft Azure: For secure data storage.
RevenueCat: For subscription management.
Google Play Services: For app functionality and authentication.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion (CRITICAL)
Data Retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active to provide you with our services.
Account Deletion: Users have the right to delete their accounts and all associated data at any time. You can request account deletion by:
Navigating to the Profile/Settings section within the app and selecting "Delete Account".
Sending an email to adminyks@shorties.tr with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Upon request, all your personal data (Email, Name, Progress) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
