The registration contribution covers only participation in the memorial.
Accommodation, transportation, and meals are entirely the responsibility of the participants.

Contribution Management Policy:
Notification of Contribution Modifications:
All requests to modify your contribution must be submitted in writing to the email address provided in the registration confirmation (cursos@acae.info).
Deadlines and Management of Returns:
- More than 30 days before the event: We can manage a return of 75% of the contribution made.
- Between 30 to 15 days before the event: We can manage a return of 50% of the contribution made.
- Less than 15 days before the event: It will not be possible to manage returns.
Name Change:
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty up to 10 days before the event. You must provide the full details of the new participant in writing. Name change requests received less than 10 days before the event will incur a 25€ management fee.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy will only be made in cases of serious illness or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or death in the immediate family. These claims must be verified with appropriate documentation and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellation by the Organizer:
In the event that the memorial is cancelled due to circumstances under the control of the organizer, a full refund of the contribution made will be managed within 30 days following the notification of cancellation. If the event is postponed, attendees will have the option to request a full refund or transfer their registration to the new event date.
Important Note:
This contribution management policy applies from the moment of registration and is independent of the contribution status.
Administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
