레트로 메모(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 무엇을 다루지 않는지 설명합니다.
1. 앱은 서버를 두지 않습니다
앱에는 회원가입도, 로그인도, 자체 서버도 없습니다. 이용자가 쓴 메모는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
- 이용자가 쓴 메모와 그 이름, 수정 시각
- 저장하지 않은 채 쓰던 내용(앱을 나갔다 와도 이어 쓸 수 있도록)
- 앱 설정(테마, 색상, 글자 크기, 언어, 줄 번호 등)
- 광고 보상 기간(배너 제거, 테마 잠금 해제의 끝나는 시각)
이 정보는 앱을 쓰는 데에만 쓰입니다.
3. 백업
- 안드로이드 자동 백업: 앱은 안드로이드의 자동 백업을 사용합니다. 이용자가 기기에서 백업을 켜 두었다면 위 정보가 이용자 본인의 구글 계정 백업 공간에 암호화되어 저장되고, 같은 계정으로 새 기기에 앱을 설치할 때 복원됩니다. 이 백업은 구글이 이용자의 계정에 보관하며, 개발자는 열람할 수 없습니다. 기기 설정의 백업 메뉴에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 백업·복원 기능: 설정의 "백업"은 모든 메모를 이용자가 고른 위치(기기 저장소, 구글 드라이브 등)에 파일 하나로 저장합니다. "복원"은 이용자가 고른 파일을 읽어 옵니다. 파일은 이용자가 고른 곳에만 저장되며, 앱이 다른 곳으로 보내지 않습니다.
- 복사: 상태 바의 "복사"는 메모 내용을 기기의 클립보드에 넣습니다.
4. 광고
앱은 무료로 제공되며, 유지를 위해 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob)의 배너 광고와 보상형 광고를 표시합니다. 광고를 표시하는 과정에서 구글은 다음과 같은 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 식별자(Advertising ID)
- 기기 정보(모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어, 국가 등)
- IP 주소, 광고 노출·클릭 기록
이 정보는 구글이 직접 수집하며, 개발자는 이를 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 개발자가 받는 것은 합계 수익 통계뿐입니다. 이용자가 쓴 메모는 광고와 함께 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 맞춤 광고 동의
유럽 경제 지역 등 관련 법이 적용되는 지역에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 맞춤 광고에 대한 동의를 묻습니다. 동의 여부는 앱의 설정 → 광고 설정에서 언제든 다시 선택할 수 있습니다. 안드로이드 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다(설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고).
6. 권한
앱이 요청하는 권한은 인터넷·네트워크 상태 확인과, 광고 SDK가 함께 요청하는 광고 식별자 및 광고 서비스 관련 권한입니다. 모두 광고를 불러오고 표시하는 데에만 사용되며, 메모와는 연결되지 않습니다.
7. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 연락처, 사진, 위치, 통화 기록, 기기의 다른 파일
- 이메일 주소나 전화번호 등 연락처 정보
- 이용 행태 분석 도구(Analytics), 오류 수집 도구
8. 보관과 파기
기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 직접 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 앱 안에서 메모를 삭제하면 즉시 지워집니다.
- 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 저장된 모든 정보가 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 구글 계정의 백업은 구글의 정책에 따라 관리되며, 기기 설정이나 구글 계정에서 지울 수 있습니다.
- 이용자가 "백업"으로 저장한 파일은 이용자가 직접 지웁니다.
개발자가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없으므로, 별도의 파기 절차는 없습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 국외 이전
광고 표시 과정에서 구글이 수집하는 정보와 구글 계정 백업은 구글의 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 위 구글 개인정보처리방침을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Retro Memo ("the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what the app handles and what it does not.
1. No servers
The app has no sign-up, no log-in and no server of its own. Your memos are stored only on your device and are never sent to anyone, including the developer.
2. What is stored on your device
- Your memos, their names and when they were changed
- Text you were writing but had not saved, so you can carry on after leaving the app
- App settings (theme, colors, font size, language, line numbers and so on)
- When ad rewards end (no banner, unlocked themes)
This information is used only to run the app.
3. Backups
- Android auto backup: the app uses Android's auto backup. If backup is on for your device, the information above is stored, encrypted, in your own Google account's backup and restored when you install the app on a new device with the same account. Google keeps this backup in your account; the developer cannot see it. You can turn it off in your device's backup settings.
- Backup and Restore: "Backup" in Options saves every memo as one file in a place you choose (device storage, Google Drive and so on). "Restore" reads a file you choose. The file goes only where you put it; the app sends it nowhere else.
- Copy: "Copy" in the status bar puts the memo's text on your device's clipboard.
4. Ads
The app is free and shows Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads. To show them, Google may collect and use:
- The advertising ID
- Device information (model, OS version, language, country and so on)
- IP address, and records of ads shown and tapped
Google collects this directly; the developer neither sees nor keeps it and receives only total earnings figures. Your memos are never sent with ads.

5. Consent to personalized ads
Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area, the app asks for consent to personalized ads on first start. You can change your choice at any time under Options → Ad settings. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
6. Permissions
The app asks for internet and network-state access, and the ads SDK adds permissions for the advertising ID and Android's ad services. All are used only to load and show ads and are never linked to your memos.
7. What the app does not collect
- Contacts, photos, location, call logs or other files on your device
- Contact details such as your email address or phone number
- Usage analytics or crash reports
8. Keeping and deleting
Information on your device stays until you delete it.
- A memo deleted in the app is gone at once.
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device's settings, deletes everything it stored.
- Your Google account backup follows Google's policies and can be deleted from your device settings or your Google account.
- Files you saved with "Backup" are yours to delete.
The developer keeps no user information, so there is nothing further to delete.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14, and the developer collects no children's information.
10. Transfer abroad
Information Google collects for ads, and your Google account backup, may be processed on Google's servers abroad. See the Google Privacy Policy above for details.

レトロメモ(以下「本アプリ」)は、利用者のプライバシーを大切にします。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と扱わない情報について説明します。
1. サーバーはありません
本アプリには会員登録もログインも独自のサーバーもありません。利用者が書いたメモは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含む誰にも送信されません。
2. 端末に保存される情報
- 利用者が書いたメモとその名前、更新日時
- 保存せずに書いていた内容(アプリを離れても続きを書けるように)
- アプリの設定(テーマ、カラー、文字サイズ、言語、行番号など)
- 広告特典の終了時刻(バナーなし、テーマのロック解除)
これらの情報はアプリを使うためだけに利用されます。
3. バックアップ
- Android の自動バックアップ: 本アプリは Android の自動バックアップを使用します。端末でバックアップが有効な場合、上記の情報は利用者自身の Google アカウントのバックアップ領域に暗号化して保存され、同じアカウントで新しい端末にアプリを入れたときに復元されます。このバックアップは Google が利用者のアカウントに保管し、開発者は閲覧できません。端末のバックアップ設定で無効にできます。
- バックアップ・復元: 設定の「バックアップ」は、すべてのメモを利用者が選んだ場所(端末のストレージ、Google ドライブなど)に1つのファイルとして保存します。「復元」は利用者が選んだファイルを読み込みます。ファイルは利用者が選んだ場所にのみ保存され、本アプリが他へ送ることはありません。
- コピー: ステータスバーの「コピー」は、メモの内容を端末のクリップボードに入れます。
4. 広告
本アプリは無料で、Google AdMob のバナー広告とリワード広告を表示します。広告の表示のため、Google は次の情報を収集・利用することがあります。
- 広告 ID
- 端末情報(機種、OS のバージョン、言語、国など)
- IP アドレス、広告の表示・タップの記録
これらは Google が直接収集し、開発者が閲覧・保管することはありません。開発者が受け取るのは収益の合計のみです。 利用者が書いたメモが広告とともに送信されることはありません。

5. パーソナライズド広告への同意
欧州経済領域など法律で求められる地域では、初回起動時にパーソナライズド広告への同意を確認します。選択は本アプリの 設定 → 広告設定でいつでも変更できます。端末の設定で広告 ID をリセット・削除することもできます (設定 → プライバシー → 広告)。
6. 権限
本アプリが求める権限は、インターネットとネットワーク状態の確認、および広告 SDK が追加する広告 ID と広告サービスに関する権限です。いずれも広告の読み込みと表示にのみ使われ、メモとは結びつきません。
7. 収集しない情報
- 連絡先、写真、位置情報、通話履歴、端末内のその他のファイル
- メールアドレスや電話番号などの連絡先情報
- 利用状況の分析ツール、クラッシュレポート
8. 保管と削除
端末に保存された情報は、利用者が削除するまで保管されます。
- アプリ内でメモを削除すると、すぐに消去されます。
- アプリを削除するか、端末の設定でアプリのデータを消去すると、保存されたすべての情報が削除されます。
- Google アカウントのバックアップは Google のポリシーに従って管理され、端末の設定や Google アカウントから削除できます。
- 「バックアップ」で保存したファイルは利用者ご自身で削除してください。
開発者が保管する利用者情報はないため、別途の削除手続きはありません。
9. 子どもの個人情報
本アプリは14歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。開発者は子どもの個人情報を収集しません。
10. 国外への移転
広告のために Google が収集する情報と Google アカウントのバックアップは、Google の国外のサーバーで処理されることがあります。詳しくは上記の Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
