TEACHING

Teaching Philosophy

My goal as an educator is to ignite students’ curiosity and inspire them to learn in a meaningful way. For those interested in management knowledge and its practical applications, I aim to broaden their horizons, introduce key concepts and skills, and help them conduct high-quality, original research. Through my teaching, I strive to foster a critical and analytical mindset, encourage collaborative problem-solving, and promote lifelong learning.
