For Papers:
Papers can be literature, visionary, or experimental pieces- anything to do with your research!
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, clearly outlining the research question, methodology, results, and implications.
For Posters:
Posters should be uploaded as a .pdf in A1 size, portrait or landscape is fine.
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, clearly outlining the work described within the poster.
For Three Minute Thesis:
You will have three minutes to present your thesis topic!
Presentations should be no longer than one single static PowerPoint slide.
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, clearly outlining the research.
Submission Instructions:
Papers must be written using the IEEE template (links below), and 4-6 pages excluding references.
Templates for both posters and the Three Minute Thesis slide are also linked below. However, you are welcome to use your own templates if you prefer. Please note that the provided templates include additional information on what should be included in your submission. Also, the poster size must be A1.
Submitting an abstract of your submission (of around 100-300 words in plain text) is required in advance of the submission deadlines, and you will be asked to provide additional information (such as your field of work) at that time. Please do not leave things to the very last moment; you can resubmit any number of times until the submission deadline.
Presentation and Three Minute Thesis slides must be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format. Papers and posters in .pdf.
* We welcome submissions from an author for multiple tracks. If you wish to upload to two tracks using the same title for both, then add "- Track_Name" after one of the submissions to allow for submission without error.
