Recently, via our new company Two Rivers TV Limited, we had acquired Local TV Tyne and Wear. We noticed that the station had very little local programming, so we had plans to relaunch it on New Years Day 2023 at 6am as Two Rivers TV, to bring more local programming into the station. Live at Killingworth will be our flagship programme. Running from 5pm to 5:30pm, Live at Killingworth will have 3 segments. Fashion Looks takes a look at the latest clothing and footwear, letting people who had the choice of offering at Matalan or Deichmann to see all the clothing and footwear on their Tellies. Health on Track will focus on Health and Fitness tips clearly selected by Local Fitness Experts. Is that a good idea to combine everything together? No! There's also I Love Coal, which takes a look at Killingworth's (and Britain's) coal mining heritage. Meanwhile, Two Rivers will also feature the latest football highlights from both Newcastle United and Sunderland AFC. The channel will also take a look at the Nissan Cars that are made every year. Oh! RiverNews will feature news provided by The Sunderland Echo and The Newcastle Chronicle. The Town of Washington will also feature it's own show called A New Town is Born - A Brief History of Washington, which will be a documentary series about the history of the town of Washington itself, a look at the multiple villages that make up the town, and features a slideshow of pictures about a random part of the town's history with a voiceover narrating the sildeshow. Shows from the Sunderland Empire Theatre will come under The Sunderland Empire Show. Even Bishop Auckland will get it's own local series called Spark Auckland. Spark Auckland will be a show in which viewers will take a look at the town's markets, Auckland Castle, and the Bishop of Durham. Our City will be a documentary series about the people living the city of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, and MetroCentre TV, in which the iconic MetroCentre comes to TV. More local programmes will come in the next few months. The Seat of The Castle and The Flowers of The Garden will be a documentary series about Alnwick Castle and the surrounding Alnwick Garden, The Coast will be a documentary series about the coast of the North East, and Glass Wear will be a documentary series about Sunderland's glass making industry. But there will also be national and international programming too. In the early morning hours, you can tune into Two Rivers TV, and see sex and naked women in the Babestation block. If you tuned in on weekdays betwen 9am and 3pm, you will see preschool programming from the Hop TV channel under the "Create Learns" strand, and films will be shown under the "Empire Le Grande Film" strand in whatever time of day they feel like it.
