Short Bio
I am a Postdoc researcher at the University of Padova. Here, I am part of the Security and Privacy(SPRITZ) research group under the supervision of Prof. Mauro Conti.
My research interests are HCI, Web Security and Machine Learning, where I mainly focus on how to use Machine Learning for web security purposes and analyse the security of Machine Learning systems.
I started my PhD programme in Oct 2020, at Brain, Mind and Computer Science (BMCS) at the University of Padova under the supervision of Prof. Mauro Conti and Prof. Giovanni Apruzzese. And I defended my PhD dissertation in Mar 2024.
I obtained my master's degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2020. My thesis focused on data integrity verification.

[Oct 2024] I am currently on job market looking for a postdoc position.
Our paper "It Doesn't Look Like Anything to Me: Using Diffusion Model to Subvert Visual Phishing Detectors" was accepted by USENIX SECURITY 2024.
I will present "Are Adversarial Phishing Webpages a Threat in Reality?" on May 16th at 3 PM at WWW'2024 in person.
