My research interest is in developing of nonequilibirum statistical physics of stochastic dynamics and its application to complex systems, such as those in biology. Here is my CV.
2025/06/25: New manuscript on ArXiv, in collaboration with Charles Kocher and Ken Dill on Fitness and Nonequilibrium.
2025/05/07: New versions of the Two ArXiv papers about nonequilibrium forces (2410.09277, 2410.17495)
2025/01/18: I got the poster award from GRC: Stochastic Physics of Biology!
2024/10/23: The application companion paper of arXiv:2410.09277 is now on ArXiv as well!
2024/10/16: My new paper that derives forces conjugated to nonequilibrium distribution and flux is now on ArXiv.
2024/08/29: My paper on Statistical Uncertainty Principle is published in Annals of Physics.
2024/08/01: I am now a Laufer Junior Fellow (research scientist) at the Laufer Center.
2024/05/24: New manuscript on ArXiv, in collaboration with Kevin S Chen about Max Cal inferring synaptic couplings!
2024/05/01: Our new Nature Reviews Physics paper is now in press!
