Ying FAN

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Building and Real Estate, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to joining PolyU, I was a Research Fellow at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies, National University of Singapore.

My research interests include housing economics and household finance. I have conducted theoretical & empirical analysis on housing price dynamics, household consumption and housing demand under uncertainty, mortgage demand and household's portfolio, as well as housing market policies.
