30 June 2025 | Assistant Professor Yin Wang was invited as the Keynote Speaker at the 2nd Petra International Business and Accounting Conference (PIBACC), hosted by Petra Christian University in Surabaya, Indonesia. His keynote address, titled “Accounting for a Sustainable Future: Climate Risk, SDGs, and Financial Resilience”, was delivered on June 30, and explored the pivotal role of accounting and disclosure in driving sustainable development and strengthening financial systems in the face of climate risk. The keynote also featured practical case studies and real-world examples from Singapore, offering actionable insights and regional relevance.
1 July 2025 | Dr. Wang served as a Research Panel Speaker at PIBACC’s Research Networking Panel. His presentation, “Accounting Research on Disclosure of Non-Financial Information for a Healthy and Sustainable Future”, highlighted emerging research on clinical trial disclosures and their broader impact on corporate behavior and societal outcomes.
