Welcome! I am Alan, an applied economist with interests in behavioral nudges, sustainability and food choice, food marketing, consumer behavior, environmental valuation, and discrete choice modeling, among others. I love materializing novel ideas into economic research questions with first-hand data collected via surveys and experiments.

I am currently working at Tuskegee University as a postdoctoral research fellow. I received my Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics from The Ohio State University in 2022. I also have a master's degree in economics and another master's degree in statistics.
