Welcome to my website!
I am a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies, Faculty of Business, at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to this, I was a Postdoc fellow in the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, supervised by Prof. Ming Hu. I obtained my Ph.D. from the Department of Decision Analytics and Operations, College of Business, City University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Youhua (Frank) Chen.
My research focuses on data-driven decision-making in operations management, with particular emphasis on revenue management and marketplace management within the platform economy. My work integrates optimization, statistical learning, applied probability, and artificial intelligence to design algorithms that improve efficiency in supply chains and digital marketplaces.
