Yige Duan

About Me

I am a second-year PhD student at the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia (UBC). My Chinese name is 段伊戈.

Prior to UBC, I worked as a full-time research assistant at National University of Singapore (NUS). I obtained a master's degree in economics from NUS and a bachelor's degree from Fudan University.

My research interests are labor economics and applied econometrics. My recent works investigate the socio-economic impacts of sharing economy such as shared bikes and ride-hailing platforms.
