Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of Decision Science at University of New Hampshire, Paul College of Business and Economics.

My research explores economic and social implications of technology. My primary interest lies in exploring how technology platforms impact traditionally marginalized communities from an economic standpoint. Specifically, I care about the matters of gender and race diversity within technology-driven environments, focusing on the IT labor market and creative domains like art and digital music.

In addition to these focal areas, I nurture research interests in two other domains. Firstly, I am fascinated by the issues of human capital management within the online labor market. Unraveling the dynamics of this evolving landscape presents exciting research opportunities. Secondly, I am captivated by understanding the behavioral impact of social media platforms. Exploring the effects these platforms exert on individuals' behaviors and interactions offers valuable insights into the digital realm.
