Q1. When and How to apply?

Interested candidates for joining the lab are encouraged to contact Prof. Yi Ding as early as possible before the formal application.
Q2. What are we looking for in prospective PhD students?

Q1. When and How to apply?
A: The University typically opens centralized postdoc recruitment process in early December, with applications usually close in late January. Candidates interested in joining the lab are strongly encouraged to contact Yi as early as possible. For example, if you expect to graduate in 2027 and would like to start postdoc in the same year, contact Yi during 2026 and submit the application in December 2026.
Q2. When is the expected start date?
A: University normally holds centralized interviews beginning in January. If all things go well, successful and qualified candidates may be able to commence their appointments as early as April, or at a mutually agreed later date.
