I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong.
Prior to that, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Bocconi University, advised by Prof. Botond Szabo.
I obtained Ph.D. in Statistical Science at Duke University in May 2023, advised by Prof. David B. Dunson. I obtained B.S. in mathematics at Peking University in 2018, advised by Prof. Wei Lin.

I am looking for one Ph.D. student starting from 2026 fall semester. Candidates should have or expect to have a bachelor or master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields. Moreover, candidates are expected to develop large-scale Bayesian computing frameworks and softwares, where strong backgrounds and/or prior experiences in scientific computing and statistical programming are highly preferred.
