Yi-Li Lee
I am an assistant professor at the Institute of Law for Science and Technology at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. I was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to explore the judicial strategy to transitional justice and the corresponding contexts in East Asia at Harvard Law School Human Right Program and East Asian Legal Studies from August, 2016 to January, 2018. I have a Ph.D. from the College of Law at National Taiwan University, and my academic interests cover a variety of topics, including transitional justice, comparative constitutional law, international human rights law, international humanitarian law and international criminal law.
