About Me

Hello! Welcome to my website! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University (Taiwan), and an Adjunct Research Fellow in the Digital Governance and Analytic Lab at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (U.S.A.).

My research primarily investigates the governance of artificial intelligence in the public sector, co-creation with vulnerable and disadvantaged populations for digital instruments, and information technology policy implementation.

I am interested in utilizing various research methods to analyze crucial public issues. Surveys and interviews serve as my two main data collection approaches. STATA, SPSS, and Python are my quantitative research instruments, and MAXQDA facilitates my qualitative investigation.
