Hello! Welcome to my website! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) (Taiwan). My research primarily investigates the governance of artificial intelligence in the public sector, co-creation with vulnerable and disadvantaged populations for digital instruments, and information technology policy implementation.
I am interested in utilizing various research methods to analyze crucial public issues. Surveys and interviews serve as my two main data collection approaches. STATA, SPSS, and Python are my quantitative research instruments, and MAXQDA facilitates my qualitative investigation.
I teach several core courses at NCKU, including Local Government, Public Policy, and Local Government.
