The following organizers are community‑based non‑profit partners who will help promote the event, volunteer, and share information with the families they serve. Their involvement ensures that our outreach is diverse, far‑reaching, and connects directly with the families who need this support most.

The Kingston Seventh‑day Adventist Church is the host organizer and is part of a global community organization with millions of members worldwide. Located in a central area of Kingston, the church actively supports and responds to the needs of the local community. It is committed to helping families, promoting well‑being, and strengthening the Kingston area through practical programs, outreach initiatives, and partnerships. The focus is on improving quality of life and creating meaningful opportunities for children, youth, and families.

The SHINE Club is a culturally grounded affinity‑space program created for self‑identifying Black, Indigenous, Asian, and other racialized children and youth in both schools and the community.
It provides safe, joyful environments where young people feel seen, valued, and supported by trained racialized facilitators who understand and share their lived experiences.

Kingston Immigration Partnership (KIP) is a collaborative effort of local agencies, community leaders, businesses and individuals that work towards building a welcoming, inclusive, and resilient community for newcomers living in Kingston. As one of 87 Local Immigration Partnerships in Canada, KIP acts as the Community Planning Table to provide leadership in the Kingston community to support the settlement of newcomers.

The Umoja Hub is a community-based group grounded in Afrocentric service delivery and supportive resources, inclusive and accessible wrap-around programs, and counselling services to empower families and help them address their concerns regarding equitable and culturally supportive access to services and supports, including inclusive, accessible after-school, weekend, and summer programming, to bridge the existing service delivery gap.

Mabuhay Fil‑Can Inc. organizes cultural and welcoming events that bring the community together. The organization develops family‑focused programs and builds outreach initiatives in partnership with local groups. It incorporates faith‑based principles and values into its work, ensuring that its mission is shared with stakeholders and the wider community so everyone remains aligned and working toward the same goals.

Trellis HIV & Community Care (Formerly HARS) is a safe space providing stigma-free HIV/AIDS education, harm reduction, and support services across Kingston and South Eastern Ontario.
