History in Our Hands Pop-up Museum

5:30 PM on March 5 at Pioneer Hall

YESTERDAY IN TURNER HISTORICAL SOCIETY is excited to invite you to its first ever "History in Our Hands Pop-up Museum."   This free event will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 5:30-7PM at the Pioneer Hall just around and behind the Turner Memorial Tabernacle at 5605 Jubilee Dr, Turner, Oregon. Follow the road to the end of the Tabernacle and curve around to the rear parking area.

Attendees are invited to bring an artifact of their own to show and tell at the event. Each person will have two minutes to describe what he/she brought. After the artifacts have been introduced, everyone will be able to wander around to chat with the owners and take a closer look at what was shared.

Items should relate to Oregon history. They do not need to be expensive or unusual. It can be fun to see something that was commonplace in former times. Valuable, fragile, and irreplaceable items, while wonderful, might not be the best items to bring.  Yesterday In Turner is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
