I have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, master’s degrees in business administration and kinesiology, and specialist and doctoral degrees in education administration. I have obtained exercise certifications in personal training and group exercise and most recently became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. My professional career has involved teaching in both higher and secondary education in the fields of math, computers and physical education. However, my personal interests have always centered around health, fitness and nutrition. I have 30 years of experience as a group exercise instructor, 2 years of experience as a personal trainer and 2 years of experience as a holistic nutrition teacher. I started a Weston A. Price local chapter in my county hosting monthly meetings, producing a monthly newsletter and providing resources to the community about local resources for healthy foods.
I have loved weaving my experience in education with my passion for health and wellness. It’s so gratifying to help others discover ways to incorporate healthy habits into their lives that are straightforward, attainable and satisfying. Much of what I’ve learned about health and nutrition has taken years of research, exploration and experimentation. I want to help my clients take the guesswork out of achieving authentic health through practical dietary and lifestyle modifications.
