Yeongmi Jeong

My name is 정영미 in Hangul (the Korean alphabet) and 鄭英美 in Chinese characters. My first name has two syllables: 영 (Yeong) and 미 (Mi). Together, it sounds like "Young Me".

Welcome! I am a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Sociology at Purdue University. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Georgia (UGA) in August 2023.
