Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Yenora ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is a focus and ambient-sound app for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
In short: The App does not require an account and does not collect information that personally identifies you (such as your name, email, contacts, or precise location). It uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregate usage data that helps us understand how the App is used and improve it.
1. Data Stored On Your Device To function, the App stores the following only on your device: your focus-session history, streaks, and statistics; your preferences and settings (scene and sound choices, default duration, language, volume); and tasks you add to a session. This data never leaves your device — we operate no servers that receive or store it, and we cannot access it.
2. Analytics (Google Firebase) We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how people use the App (for example: how many people use it, which features are used, retention, and session activity). For this purpose, Firebase Analytics automatically collects usage and diagnostic data, which may include: app events and session information; your device model and operating-system version; the App version and language; and an approximate (country/region-level) location inferred from your IP address. It also uses an app-instance identifier generated by Firebase.
This data is pseudonymous — it is not tied to your name or identity (the App has no account or sign-in). We use it only in aggregate to understand usage and improve the App. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. The data is processed by Google as our service provider. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and how Firebase uses data (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).
3. No Advertising or Cross-App Tracking The App contains no advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites. It does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA).
4. Third-Party Services The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (Apple may collect certain information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy) and uses Google Firebase Analytics as described above. No other third-party services are integrated.
5. Deleting Your Data Because your focus data is stored locally, you can remove it at any time by using Reset focus history in the App's Settings, or by deleting the App from your device.
6. Children's Privacy The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes To This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
