I hold a PhD in English from University College Cork (Ireland), where my research project was fully funded by an Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship. Before joining Tunghai University, I was a MSCA postdoctoral fellow at KU Leuven (Belgium) and a postdoctoral researcher at Academia Sinica (Taiwan). I am interested in Irish studies, modernism(s), and periodical studies. My current research explores the transatlantic cultural connections between Irish writers and the U.S. magazine market in the twentieth century.
