I am a beginner visual artist, who seems to enjoy the difficult path and all my artistic work is done with my non-dominant hand. Currently dreaming of becoming a frequent plein air painter, and comic and graphic novel artist. A lot of work must be done before either of those things become true. I am still too shy for "pleinaring" as often as I would like to, and not too great at drawing (just yet). 

With my participation on the art series challenge Series under the same sky, and how that event developed I have been thinking a lot on art residencies, career paths, businesses and future endeavors. As some chapters of one's life finish, some others are almost forced to start, or because some chapters must start, others must finish. Either way, I am (today 2025-05-08) at one of those chapter-changes. I will soon move out of Okinawa, Japan, a place I have lived for over 7 years and ... I don't have anywhere to go. So... I guess I will be travelling while I figure out something else. However, I would love to share that shift in a somehow poetic, artistic way. Hoping I can achieve it.
