I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Dickinson College.
I am an applied microeconomics researcher specialized in Labor Economics, Development Economics, and Health Economics. My work explores key questions in applied microeconomics, focusing on the labor market and welfare impacts of macroeconomic shocks (e.g., recessions and the expansion of high-speed internet), identity-based discrimination, and the determinants of households’ marriage and fertility choices. Please refer to Research for more information.
At Dickinson, I primarily teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and elective courses that apply applied econometric methods in both economics and finance. In the 2025 - 2026 academic year, I am scheduled to teach ECON 112: Introduction to Macroeconomics, ECON 278: Intermediate Microeconomic Theory, and an upper-level elective ECON 314: Empirical Finance.
