I am an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Dickinson College.
I am an applied microeconomics researcher specialized in Labor Economics, Development Economics, and Health Economics. My work explores key questions in applied microeconomics, focusing on the labor market and welfare impacts of macroeconomic shocks (e.g., economic recessions and the expansion of high-speed internet), identity-based discrimination, and the determinants of households’ marriage and fertility choices. Please refer to Research for more information.
At Dickinson, I primarily teach microeconomics, econometrics, labor economics, empirical finance, and macroeconomics. In the 2026 - 2027 academic year, I am scheduled to teach ECON 111: Introduction to Microeconomics, ECON 278: Intermediate Microeconomic Theory, and ECON 298: Econometrics.
