TechSolution (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the TechSolution mobile app (“App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use it.

a. Account & Authentication Data
When you register or log in, we collect:

Phone number
Password
Role selection (customer / technician)
Google Sign-In identity token when using Google login
We store authentication tokens locally to keep you logged in.
b. Location Information
TechSolution may request location access if you choose to:
Use GPS for job location entry
Pick a nearby location
Submit a job with geocoded coordinates
You can also enter location details manually instead of sharing GPS.
c. Device Permissions
The app may request:
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION for GPS-based location features
CAMERA for optional in-app image capture or verification workflows
We only use these permissions for app functionality when you choose to use those features.
d. Local Storage
The App stores limited data locally using SharedPreferences, such as:
Auth token
User ID
User name and email
Login/session state
This local storage is used to maintain your session and preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
Authenticate your account
Create and manage jobs, bids, and service requests
Match customers with technicians
Provide location-based job services
Enable app features such as maps and notifications
Improve app stability and performance

Our backend service (Data is transmitted securely to our backend server for account management and service requests )
Third-party providers only as needed to support authentication and app features, such as Google Sign-In
Service providers involved in hosting, maintenance, or security
5. Google Sign-In
If you use Google login, we receive a Google authentication token. We use it solely to authenticate your account and match your Google identity to your TechSolution account. We do not use your Google data for other purposes beyond login.
6. Google Maps API
The app uses Google Maps API to display maps and location information. Your location data is used to support mapping and job location features.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:
Secure communication with backend servers
Local storage of only necessary session data
Standard industry practices for authentication and access control
8. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account exists or as required to provide app services. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data consistent with applicable law.
9. Children
TechSolution is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
