Yechan Kim received his bachelor degree (summa cum laude) from the College of Education at Jeju National University, South Korea, in February 2020, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees (cum laude) in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from GIST in August 2021 and August 2026, respectively. He is currently a senior researcher in the AI Laboratory (AI R&D Team) at LIG Defense and Aerospace. His current research interests include visual intelligence and multi-modal understanding.
